We accepts applications for enrollment from prospective Scholars throughout the year and those interested are encouraged to contact The B.E.E. Academy by way of telephone or e-mail by using the contact form to get information. We accept all qualified youth regardless of race, gender or individual differences.
We encourage prospective families to visit our Center. Note that the tours are booked well in advance and only a certain number of parents can be accommodated on each tour on first come first serve basis. Also it should be noted that the tour does not guarantee that the child will be accepted into center programming as this depends on the availability and also the eligibility of the child.
Enrollment in our programs is limited and operates on first enrolled, first served basis without regard for race, gender and individual differences. Families upon enrollment must complete paperwork, provide appropriate medical and educational documentation and pay applicable program fees.
Upon acceptance Scholars are permitted to participate in designated programs.
We maintain small “Academic Coach to Scholar” ratios in all of our programs to ensure that our Scholars individual academic needs are met. Each program capacity varies according to our program model.
Academic Coaching program maintains a 4:1 ratio per cohort
After-school Achiever’s program maintains a 6:1 ratio per grade level group.
Once a program cohort is at capacity we begin a waiting list of prospective families.
The B.E.E., in the name “The B.E.E. Academy©”, is an acronym that embodies our purpose; Brilliant, Educated and Empowered.
